
Warming climate or not, fact is that the winters are colder as we used to have. And a real winter in the Netherlands means long traffic jams on the roads due to 10cm of snow, no trains because of frozen rails (or something like that). But also skating on every bit of frozen water we can find. We’re a real skating country. I must admit, I prefer taking pictures above gliding on those narrow irons myself, but it’s still really nice to see.
