Window birds

Blue Tit in autumn setting

I live on the third floor of an apartment block in the city of Groningen. I do have two small balconies, but those are not really a good place for nature photography. However I was looking for a nice photography project next door. I’ve already thought of one, but when I saw a Blue Tit sitting in a tree right in front of my living room window, I thought of another. During the over two years I live here, I’ve seen several birds feeding in this tree. I’ll try capturing as many different species in these trees as possible, and with that capturing the different seasons.

At least it’s a lazy project, as I don’t even have to leave my living room 🙂 Here my first picture, a Blue Tit in an autumn setting.
