Movement

in the water

One of the reasons for me to start working with filters was that I wanted to be able to capture the movement of the water. Now where can you capture this better as on the sea shore. The only problem is that the sea moves in several directions, which makes it just one big blur. So you need something that holds ones attention. On this part of the beach there was a small dam that stretched out into the sea. The waves kept rolling over the dam, covering it on occasion. By using a very long shutter speed, I managed to capture this movement creating a dreamy atmosphere.
