Today appears to be World Penguin Day. Of course time for a picture of these funny creatures. Even though penguins are thought to be an Antarctic species, only two species are truly connected to the white continent: the Emperor and the Adelie Penguin. There are even penguins that breed near the equator… But here a picture of an Adelie near Antarctica.
