Sometimes you have a little time on your own in the field as a guide. In this case I was standing outside a canyon with a group of people inside with some colleagues. I only had to wait for people to come out or a next group to arrive. Neither of which was happening, so I had a little time to enjoy the foxes that were running around. Inside the canyon thousands of kittiwakes were breeding. Several foxes were running underneath to grab fallen chicks or birds that were breeding too low. Sometimes one exited the canyon and came running just next to me. In this image you can see they way they’re running a bit.
Superb!
