The end of the year, always a time to look back at the year gone by. Where to start… In February in the Vesterålen, where I photographed the Aurora and Sperm whales? The spectacular Starling murmurations closer to home? Or maybe one of the most spectacular days I’ve had in the Arctic with beautiful sunlight, many Polar Bears and Ivory Gulls? My new adventure with time-lapse photography? Or finally the highly commended picture at the Global Arctic Awards?
I can’t choose… This was another fabulous year with many highlights, nice pictures and nice persons. At this moment I also like to thank all of you for following my blog. Some write comments, some press the ‘like-button’ and other just read. It’s all highly appreciated and I hope to welcome you again next year! For me 2015 promises to be a very nice year, with big plans!
Wow, great capture! That ‘tiny’ polar bear really adds to the scale of this great white north.
