Autumn light

I already wrote about autumn has started in the high arctic. Not only with autumn colours, but also with snow and cold temperatures. Another thing is the nice light of autumn. Glaciers, like the Monacobreen in this image, suddenly look a lot different. The fresh snow covers most colours on the mountains and the upper parts of the glacier, contrasting nicely with the blue colour of the glacier front itself. This prevailing blue colours give an even colder feeling to the image, which fits the temperature when I took this image.
