
Teenage boys are curious, they check things out, as we saw in the previous post. And just as with humans, they also like to fight. Not necessarily big and really serious fights, but they like to spar. For Polar Bears this is very important as they learn how to fight and they get to know each others strengths and weaknesses.
For us it was a spectacular sight to watch. They started out quite far away, which was already nice to see. Then they walked around a bit and continued their fight relatively close to the ship. This fight took about 10 minutes and I think everybody on board didn’t blink at all during those minutes, not wanting to miss anything…
