
(Grand)parents with (grand)children feeding gulls seems to be a favourite pastime all around the world. At home it gets a bit boring after a while though, just those ugly grey and white Herring or Black-headed Gulls all the time… In Ushuaia it’s a bit different though. Here the most common gulls are these Dolphin Gulls. With their pale and dark grey plumage and their bright red beaks and legs they look a lot nicer to me. Nice enough for me at least to lay down on the ground to take a few pictures.
