Patterns

Burgerbukta – Hornsund

A lot of people think landscape photographers only work with wide-angle lenses. While this might be true if one wants to capture the full panorama, a telephoto-lens can be also very useful. This picture was taken with a 600mm lens, which allowed me to capture a detail of this massive rock face in Hornsund, together with a waterfall.

Patterns like this always fascinate me, by using a long telelens I could make this almost abstract picture of the patterns in this rock face.
