The last sunset

Like I said in the previous post, the fog was not dense enough to filter out enough sunlight to take pictures against the sun without getting into trouble of overexposing the sky too much. But it definitely added a nice mood and colour to the scene. To avoid problems with exposure I positioned the sun behind a tree and used the HDR-technique.

Technically this wasn’t the last sunset of 2016 (it was on December 30), but as the 31st was overcast, this was the last visible one. Not a bad way to end a good year, I would say!
