A different perspective

I’m a little jealous. The last trip was a basecamp trip, which means we offer, apart from the regular landings, mountaineering, kayaking and camping. Now I do not mind the mountaineering or camping (even though the latter is an excellent experience if you’re not a guide), but I would love to go kayaking in between the icebergs. I think it will be an extraordinary experience to quietly paddle between those giant bergs, without the noise of any engines. Unfortunately, I’m always needed on shore, so I don’t have the chance to take part in these activities. But well, maybe one day…
